Every combination is equally likely, and no generator can predict a draw. Random picks do not improve your odds. Only play for fun, with money you can afford to lose. If gambling stops being fun, call 1-800-GAMBLER in the US or visit GamCare in the UK.

How it works

From game to play slip in three steps

  1. Pick the lottery

Each preset uses the current official format, so a Powerball line has five white balls from 1 to 69 and one red Powerball from 1 to 26.

  2. Choose 1, 5 or 10 lines

Numbers are sorted, never repeat within a line, and every line in a batch is a different ticket.

  3. Copy and play

Copy all lines to your notes or a group chat, then enter them at a licensed retailer or the official app.

Jackpot odds for every game on this page

The odds of winning the top prize are simply the number of possible tickets. For a game where you choose 5 of 69 and 1 of 26, that is 11,238,513 ways to pick the white balls times 26 Powerball numbers, or 292,201,338. The table below uses the same calculation for each format.

Mega Millions changed its Mega Ball range from 1–25 to 1–24 in April 2025. Lottery operators do change formats and schedules, so check the official site before you buy.

Do random numbers give you a better chance?

No. A draw has no memory, so 1 2 3 4 5 6 is exactly as likely as any other line, and a number that came up last week is no more or less likely this week. Quick picks, birthdays and lucky systems all have identical odds.

What random picks can change is how many people you would share a jackpot with. Lots of players choose dates, so numbers from 1 to 31 and neat patterns on the slip are over-played. A random line spreads across the whole range, which makes a shared prize slightly less likely if you do win. It does not make winning more likely.

Using the custom mode for raffles and pools

  • Raffle with numbered tickets: choose Custom, set from 1 up to the last ticket sold, and pick as many numbers as you have prizes. Numbers never repeat.
  • Office pool: pick 10 lines for your game, copy them and paste the list into the shared sheet so everyone sees the same tickets.
  • Local or older games: if your lottery is not listed, enter its format, for example 6 of 49, or 5 of 39 with a bonus pool.
  • Classroom probability: compare 6 of 49 with 5 of 69 plus 1 of 26 and ask students which game is easier to win.
FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Is this lottery number generator really random?

Yes. Each line is drawn without repeats using crypto.getRandomValues in your browser, with rejection sampling so every number in the range has exactly the same chance.

Can a number generator help me win the lottery?

No. Every combination has the same odds, and nothing can predict a fair draw. Use the generator to save time choosing numbers, not as a strategy.

What are the odds of winning the Powerball jackpot?

1 in 292,201,338 per line. You must match all five white balls from 1 to 69 and the red Powerball from 1 to 26.

What is the current Mega Millions format?

Since April 2025 you pick 5 numbers from 1 to 70 and 1 Mega Ball from 1 to 24, which gives jackpot odds of 1 in 290,472,336. Check the official Mega Millions site in case it changes again.

Why are there no repeated numbers in a line?

Real lottery balls are not put back after they are drawn, so a valid ticket never has the same number twice in one pool. The bonus pool is separate, so a bonus number can match a main number.

Can I use it to draw raffle tickets?

Yes. Choose Custom or raffle, set the range to your ticket numbers and choose how many winners you need. Each winning ticket is different.

Do you store or share my numbers?

No. Numbers are generated on your device and are never sent to a server.
