The 12 Western signs and their dates
Western astrology splits the year into 12 sun signs, starting with Aries at the March equinox. Each sign is also grouped into one of four elements, which is what the Signs with elements set shows.

The Chinese zodiac animals in order
The Chinese zodiac assigns an animal to each year in a 12-year cycle, always in the same order from Rat to Pig. It is used across China, Korea, Japan, Vietnam and beyond, with small local differences: Japan uses the boar for the last year, and Vietnam has the cat in place of the rabbit.
A zodiac year usually starts at Lunar New Year, not on January 1. The Year of the Horse began on February 17, 2026, so someone born in January 2026 is traditionally counted as a Snake.
